In Memoriam

A leader and a friend, Dr. Ross O. Mosier, 89, of Spalding, Nebraska died Saturday, October 3, 2015. Dr. Mosier spent his career as an owner of a solo large animal practice in central Nebraska where he dedicated 50 years of his life to veterinary medicine and his clients.

WVC acknowledges deep gratitude for Dr. Mosier’s enduring commitment and contributions to the veterinary community, having worked closely with WVC for more than a decade, as he served on the WVC Board for six years and was President in 1987-1988. The WVC Annual Conference was dedicated to Dr. Mosier in 2005.  He also received the WVC Distinguished Service Award in 2001 and the WVC Special Recognition Award in 2002.

In mourning Dr. Mosier’s passing, we pay tribute to his generous guidance, professional integrity and gentle, humble spirit. Condolences may be sent to his family: www.levanderfuneralhome.com
