Tuscan Cooking Classes at Wolfgang Puck’s Lupo Restaurant

Please check at the Special Services counter onsite in February for openings that may result from participant cancellation.

 

Open to all WVC attendees & registered guests!

Everyone will get a chance to rotate through 3 stations.

 

Bring your appetite! Lunch will be served at the end of the class.

Cooking Demonstration: 11:00a-1:30p

Monday:

Station 1 – Gourmet wood-fired pizzas – Learn how to make Wolfgang’s signature dish, pizza with homemade dough.

 

Station 2 – Risotto – Learn the secrets from the chef on how to make the perfect risotto that even your pickiest guests will enjoy.

 

Station 3 – Pastry Cream – Learn the versatility of pastry cream. See how the chef prepares traditional pastry cream and creates three different applications out of one sauce.

 

Tuesday:

Station 1 – Gourmet wood-fired pizzas – Learn how to make Wolfgang’s signature, the pizza with homemade dough.

 

Station 2 – Soup – Impress your friends with this delicious recipe for porcini mushroom soup while learning the basic ingredients to prepare any soup from scratch.

 

Station 3 – Tiramisu – The ultimate end to your Italian feast. La Dolce Vita – Tiramisu!
