• Each 50-minute lecture provides 1 hour of CE credit.
• CE credits for Hands-on Labs, Workshops, and Lunch & Learn sessions are calculated by the number of hours for each, excluding the lunch hour when applicable.
• Western Veterinary Conference is American Association of Veterinary State Boards RACE approved provider. Please visit aavsb.org to review the list of approved providers and current program standards.
• One Day Registration: 8-11 hours.
• CE CREDIT FROM EXHIBIT HALL VISIT:  WVC currently does not provide CE credits when visiting the Exhibit Hall.  Please check whether hours spent in the Exhibit Hall is accepted from your respective State.

Conference Notes: Western Veterinary Conference does not currently offer CE credits for self-selected autotutorial sessions or Industry Seminars.

Documentation: Mechanisms for certification and documentation of attendance are determined by the policies of individual state boards and are your compliance responsibility.

2012 CE Certificates: Will be available to print after the 2012 Conference online. To access your account, enter your user name and password and click on Print My Certificate. If you have difficulties printing your certificate, contact carolyn@wvc.org. CE certificate printing will be available on Wednesday and Thursday during the Conference at onsite registration.

ATTENTION TEXAS AND NORTH CAROLINA ATTENDEES: Due to State Board CE requirements, you may only obtain your certificate at the TX/NC CE counter. Certificates cannot be mailed or issued after the Conference. Please check in at the counter for further instructions, located on Level 2 of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.*Pending RACE approval.
