Conference Badges: As a WVC primary registrant your contact information is encoded into your badge and may be scanned while visiting exhibits and attending sponsored events. When you register, you may opt out of encoding your email address or receiving mail from Exhibitors. This badge system replaces your business card and should be protected and used at your discretion.
To qualify for CE, your badge will be scanned at Conference check-in. Badges will not be scanned at each session.

*DVM Students: Registration is open to DVM Students, U.S. and International. The registration fee is $35 (full conference). Online and on-site registration available. Badges will be printed on-site once current school ID has been checked at the Special Services Counter, at On-site registration. DVM Student badges will not be mailed in advance. The $35 fee does not apply to intern or residents. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Hands-on Labs, Lunch & Learn sessions, and Workshops are not available to students.
**Veterinary Technician Students: Registration is available for Veterinary Technician Students enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technician program, U.S. and Canada.
If attending a 2-year program, 2nd year students are eligible to register. If attending a 4-year program, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students are eligible.
The registration fee for Veterinary Technician Students is $35 (full conference). Registration deadline is January 31, 2012. Online and onsite registration is NOT available. Download registration form here. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the program director, confirming current enrollment as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year student. The form can be faxed to 702.739.6420 or mailed to the WVC office at 2425 East Oquendo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89120. Registration is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Hands-on Labs, Lunch & Learn session, and Workshops are not available to students.
