Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • $50 processing fee applies to Conference Registration cancellations.
  • $25 processing fee applies to Guest badge cancellations.
  • $75 processing fee applies to all Hands-on Labs/Workshops. Full refund will be provided if a lab is canceled by WVC due to inadequate enrollment.
  • $25 fee for badge replacements (replacement is only available onsite).
  • Lunch & Learn registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • DVM Student and Veterinary Technician Student registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Requests for refunds must be received at the WVC Office in writing (via email/fax/U.S. mail) by January 31, 2012. If a cancellation request is made after badges have been mailed, badge(s) must be returned to WVC before a refund can be issued. Refund requests postmarked after January 31, 2012 will not be processed. No exceptions.
GUEST BADGE POLICY: Access to Guest Program (Monday-Wednesday), Guest Lounge, Exhibit Hall, Health & Fitness Program (Monday-Wednesday), social activities, and Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night entertainment events. DOES NOT include access to any scientific session. Guests who wish to attend the Scientific Program lectures must purchase an additional badge, registering in the appropriate category. Limit one Guest badge per primary registrant. Family members and other guests may attend the Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night entertainment events without a badge when accompanied by a badged WVC registrant.
CHILD POLICY: Children under the age of 18 do not require a badge. A child may enter the Exhibit Hall and entertainment events if accompanied by a badged adult. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in any scientific sessions, the Guest Program, Guest Lounge, or Health & Fitness Programs.
CONFERENCE BADGES: As a WVC primary registrant your contact information is encoded into your badge and may be scanned while visiting exhibits and attending sponsored events. When you register, you may opt out of encoding your email address or receiving mail from Exhibitors. This badge system replaces your business card and should be protected and used at your discretion.
To qualify for CE, your badge will be scanned at Conference check-in. Badges will not be scanned at each session. Guest badges will also be encoded with the primary contact information.
