Badge Pick-Up is located on Level 2, Oceanside A.

Onsite Registration is located on Level 2, Foyer.

DVM Students: Badges will be processed at the DVM Student Counter at Onsite Registration, Level 2 of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Please have your student ID with you.

Texas Registrants: To meet the requirements for the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, you must check in at the TX counter at Onsite Registration, Level 2, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, show your ID and your badge will be printed at that time. Before leaving the conference stop by the TX counter to sign your CE certificate and take it with you. Due to these state CE requirements, WVC cannot mail your CE certificate, and will not be available online.

Exhibit Hall Visitor: Badges will be processed at the Exhibit Visitor Badge Counter, located on Level 1, of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
