COOKING CLASSES AT WOLFGANG PUCK’S LUPO RESTAURANT

These classes fill fast. If limits have been reached before you can register for one of these classes, check at the Special Services counter on-site in February for openings that may result from participant cancellation.
Open to all WVC attendees & registered guests!

Everyone will get a chance to rotate through 3 stations.

  • Gourmet wood-fired pizzas -Learn how to make Wolfgang’s signature,
    the pizza with homemade dough.
  • Learn how to build a beautiful Italian antipasti platter.
  • Learn to prepare lasagna – layer by layer
