• February 18 – August 18, 2010 – Applications will be accepted for 2011 show for those companies that did not participate in the live-space draw.

• February 15 – August 18, 2010 – Spaces assigned and booth confirmation containing password for exhibit login at wvc.org will be sent along with invoices via email.

• September 20, 2010 Full payment due. Note: Exhibit space not paid in full by this date will be released.

• November 1, 2010 Company profile and categories submitted via wvc.org for use in “Exhibit Hall Guide” due by this date.

• November 19, 2010 “Exhibitor Service Kit” available online at wvc.org Note: A printed manual will not be distributed.

• December 6, 2010 Last day for cancellation with 50% refund. Note: No refund will be provided after this date.

• January 20, 2011 Notification of use of Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) due. Notification of use of exhibit demonstration animal(s) due.

• January 31, 2011 Last date for discounted pricing from GES.

Hotel Scam Notice:

The Western Veterinary Conference wants you to be aware of a scam, where someone calls or faxes you, pretending to be an “official WVC lodging coordinator.” The WVC does not solicit “special offer” lodging reservations via telephone or fax.  WVC’s official housing partner is Experient Inc.  All lodging reservations are to be made directly through our official housing partner either via the WVC website (under Annual Conference/Travel & Hotels page) or by downloading our housing form and mailing or faxing it into Experient Inc.  We suggest that you do not provide your credit card information to anyone other than the WVC’s official housing partner.
