All lodging reservations are to be made directly through our official housing partner either via the WVC website or by downloading our housing form and mailing or faxing it into Experient Inc. | Badges: Exhibitors can register advance badges until February 3, 2012. After that date, all additions, changes, or deletions must be completed on-site. |
| Additional Badges: In order to receive the advance rate for badges that exceed your company’s complimentary allotment, please submit names by February 3, 2012. After this date, the price will increase to $300.00 per additional badge and will only be available onsite. |
| Exhibitor-Guest Badges: Available for Exhibit Hall days only for a fee of $25 and not valid during set-up or tear-down. Guests are not permitted to work the booth. |
| Exhibits-only Badge: Individuals not associated with an exhibiting company may purchase an Exhibits-only Badge. The cost is $125 for one day or $300 for three days. |
