What is MySchedule?

The MySchedule tool allows participants to easily sort through the wide selection of CE offerings and create a custom schedule online before arriving at the Conference. This tool is used to guide you throughout the week. MySchedule carries over into the mobile app, WVC-Connect and converts to a virtual and printable MyRecord after the conference. Participants can then use the record of sessions to track what was attended.

Why is my badge being scanned?

Badge scanning technology is utilized to assist you in keeping track of the sessions that you attend. Most rooms employ overhead units located at the doorway with the digital sign announcing the sessions in the room. Following the conference, your record of sessions attended can be accessed from your WVC account. You will be able to see the scanned information and make any adjustments that you feel are necessary. In addition to this purpose for scanning, WVC uses this information to improve future events.
