HOW DOES WVC CALCULATE CE HOURS?
- Western Veterinary Conference calculates CE hours from the total number of hours or courses presented over the duration of the Conference.
- 2011 Western Veterinary Conference will offer 42 CE hours based on the following schedule:

| Tuesday, February 22, 2011 | 9 hours |
| Wednesday, February 23, 2011 | 11 hours |
| Thursday, February 24, 2011 | 8 hours |
| TOTAL | 42 HOURS |
- Each 50-minute lecture provides 1 hour of CE credit. Lunch & Learn sessions are included in this guideline.
- CE credits for Hands-on Labs and Workshops are calculated by the number of hours for each, excluding the lunch hour when applicable.
- A One-day Registration, provides 5-11 hours of credit.
- Western Veterinary Conference is American Association of Veterinary State Boards RACE approved provider (#3). Please visit www.aavsb.org to review the list of approved providers and current program standards.
CE Notes: Western Veterinary Conference does not currently offer CE credits for self-selected auto-tutorial sessions or for attending the commercial exhibits or Industry Seminars.
Documentation: Mechanisms for certification and documentation of attendance are determined by the policies of individual state boards and are your compliance responsibility.
2010 CE Certificates:
To print your certificate, go to the Attendee Login, enter your user name and password and click on print my certificate on the right hand side of your screen. If you have difficulties printing your certificate contact carolyn@wvc.org.
ATTENTION TEXAS-LICENSED DVMs: Due to Texas State Board CE requirements, you may only obtain your certificate at the Texas CE counter. Certificates for Texas-licensed DVMs cannot be mailed or issued after the Conference.
