• Review the Frequently Asked Questions on our website.

Use MySchedule to get yourself organized.

• Then you can convert this information into MyRecord after the Conference, save and print for your CE files.

Weather

• Average high temperature in February is 63 degrees, and can go as low as the mid-40’s.
• Bring a sweater/jacket. Have some gum, lip balm and a bottle of water for your personal “desert survival kit”.

Badge Envelope

• Review all information in your Badge envelope
• U.S. will be mailed, January 10 – 31, 2011
• International will pick-up at International Counter on-site

Transportation

• Use the WVC shuttle buses to get back and forth to the Conference site. Hotels are further apart than they appear.

• Catch up with other alumni from your school at the Alumni Receptions
