WVC Annual Conference
Money is scarce but learning and networking are critical. WVC wants to help: students (DVM and Veterinary Technician) may attend the WVC Annual Conference for the special rate of $50.
Register online and present your current school ID at the Student Counter, at Onsite Registration. Note: student registration does not apply to DVM graduates with a residency or internship status.
1st Year DVM Graduate
Congratulations on your achievement! WVC recognizes DVM graduates with a special registration fee of $185. This offer is available to first-year graduates of 2016 (must have graduated within 12 months of the conference).
A first-year graduate will need to register as a veterinarian and their graduation date will be verified to receive the special rate.
WVC is proud to offer the Dr. Jack Walther Leadership Award, recognizing veterinary students who portray leadership and promote a lifelong service to the profession. This annual award is bestowed upon 33 DVM Students in their third year from various universities, who are actively involved and show long-term leadership potential. Additionally, two Veterinary Technician students are selected for the award through NAVTA.
Each recipient receives a $1,000 in cash, complimentary registration, lodging, airfare, and a daily stipend to attend the WVC Annual Conference.
