The person in this role will conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests and perform clerical functions such as coordinating exhibits, general administrative tasks, correspondence, arrange conference calls and schedule meetings.
The Business Office Administrative Assistant will perform various tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of human resource and business office duties.
The On-Call Bio-Skills Laboratory Tech will maintain responsibilities related to BioSkills human cadaver labs, assisting as needed with veterinary training labs and general duties; logistical and operational functions relating to BioSkills lab events held within the Oquendo Center; and general upkeep and cleanliness of all facility areas, equipment, and instrumentation related to clinical activities.
The Part-time Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all veterinary, medical and general meeting and event clients. In this position, the Concierge is required to assist the client in set up and provide service at the registration desk for general client needs before, during and after the event.
The On-call C Arm Technician will maintain responsibilities related to medical training labs, assisting as needed with other labs or general duties and general upkeep and cleanliness of all facility areas, equipment, and instrumentation related to clinical activities.
