CE Certificates

CE Certificates will be available to print online after the conference in your WVC MyAccount. Click My Account in the Resources dropdown on wvc.org and log in. Then click My Record/Certificate on the left side.

CE Certificates will not be issued to Retired Veterinarian, DVM Students, Veterinary Technician Students, General Attendees, and Guests, as they are not eligible for continuing education credits, however, a participation certificate will be available to print if needed, excluding guests.

TEXAS CE: To meet the requirements for the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, participants licensed in Texas must check in at the Texas CE counter at Onsite Registration. Their badge will be printed at that time.

Conference Notes

Conference Notes are available with their registration for one year through the program website, eventscribe.com/2019/WVC. Search the program, then select sessions of interest. If notes have been provided by the presenter, a “Notes” button will appear. Click to view, then download to print. To download a zip file of all notes, click on the “Download All Notes” link that appears in the left-hand navigation once logged in.

Guest registration does not include Conference Notes.

Notes are also available via WVC-CONNECT APP. Search WVC-Connect in the app store, then log in and browse the program. If notes are provided for that session, a link will appear to view in the footer area and a notes document icon will appear next to the session. Notes will be downloaded to your device if a Wi-Fi connection is available. A mass download of notes is not available from the app during the conference.

Conference Notes Disclaimer: The Annual Conference Notes contain lecture notes for sessions being presented at the WVC Annual Conference. While every effort has been made to include notes for all sessions, some notes are not available. In particular, notes for Hands-on Labs, Workshops, Industry Seminars, and Symposia are typically published separately and distributed directly to participants during the session. Due to the level of audience participation, notes are not required for select sessions that focus on case presentations.
