Invoices will be sent once the booth is confirmed and assigned. If you request a move or increased booth space, then invoicing will take place once a new location has been agreed upon. Once the invoice has been received, companies will have 45 days to make payment. If payment is not received by this time, booth space will be released.

Premium Booths

  • Island Booth Zone A    $53 per sq. Ft.

Badges

4 complimentary badges per 100sq feet of booth space. Additional badges above the complimentary allotment will be $250 advance, $300 on site. Guest badges are $65 per badge.

WVC, a Nevada non-profit organization, is the sole entity selecting new exhibitors for the Annual Conference. WVC’s decisions are based on each exhibitor’s products and services, which must directly relate to the veterinary industry. WVC retains the right to approve exhibitors and determine the exhibitor’s booth, space allocations, and banner/signage locations. WVC makes no promises or warranties to exhibitors, direct or implied, regarding the success of the exhibitor's efforts, the number of conference participants, or the demographic nature of participants.

If an exhibiting company promotes products onsite other than what they were approved for, they can be asked to leave the exhibitor floor.
