Onsite Registration and Badge Pick-up is located on Level 1, Foyer of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Primary Registrant must be present to register a Guest.

DVM Students: Badge pickup will be on Level 1, Foyer, Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Please have your current student ID with you. To register onsite, please visit the Onsite Registration counter with your current student ID.

Texas Registrants: To meet the requirements for the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, you must check-in at the TX counter at Onsite Registration, Level 1, Foyer, where your badge will be printed. Before leaving the conference stop by the TX counter to sign your CE certificate and take it with you. Due to state CE requirements, WVC cannot mail your CE certificate, and it will not be available online. If you are licensed in Texas and did not register with a Texas address, please inform the attendant at the CE counter, and a certificate will be printed and ready for you when you check out.

North Carolina Registrants: Please note one hour of CE credit may be earned for each full hour of clinical seminar/presentation, lecture, discussions covering veterinary medicine, or lab attended. The maximum CE hours that may be obtained is 49.5 for Veterinarians and 40.5 for Veterinary Technicians.

Continuing Education (CE) Credit Information

Full Conference Registration for Veterinarians with Labs: Up to 57 CE Hours*
Full Conference Registration for Technicians with Labs: 48 CE Hours*
Full Conference Registration for Veterinarians and Technicians without Labs: 45 CE Hours
One-day Conference: 5-12 CE Hours
Exhibit Hall: Up to 2 CE Hours**

Each 50-minute lecture provides one hour of CE credit.  Please check with your respective state regarding the acceptance of hours spent inside the Exhibit Hall for continuing education credit. Total hours are determined according to the following schedule:

Saturday, March 3: 9 CE Hours*
Sunday, March 4:  8 CE Hours*
Monday, March 5:  10 CE Hours
Tuesday, March 6: 12 CE Hours
Wednesday, March 7: 10 CE Hours
Thursday, March 8: 8 CE Hours
