WVC offers fun, interactive 25-minute education sessions direct from the show floor. The Learning Lounge is your opportunity to introduce a product, give a demo or host a question & answer session during Exhibit Hall hours in hopes of driving traffic back to your booth.

  • WVC to Notify Organizers of Approval: 9/16/19
  • # Sponsorships Available: Non-Exclusive, but limited

Onsite Promotion Opportunities

  1. HANDOUTS: WVC allows the Sponsor to distribute handouts onsite at the Learning Lounge. Sponsor is responsible for distribution and clean-up.

  2. SIGNAGE: Additional room signage provided by the Sponsor is limited to one (1) sign near the entrance of the session room and must directly relate to the session booth number on signage is acceptable. 

Exposure

The Learning Lounge is heavily promoted in all pre-conference marketing with sponsor logo recognition throughout digital channels.
