Hotel Room Key Cards

Your branded key cards will be given to each conference participant at check in to the conference hotel (Sunday – Wednesday). This is a great way to introduce them to a new product or invite them to your booth.

Details

  • Reservation Due: November 1, 2020
  • Artwork Due to Hotel: November 1, 2019
  • Payment Due: December 14, 2020
  • Key card design/verbiage is subject to WVC approval.
  • An arrow pointing left, on left hand side of card must be included in the design to indicate direction the card should be placed in the lock. Printing is not allowed on the back of the card.
  • All artwork must be submitted in a pdf format for the approval process
  • Hotels required artwork 12 weeks prior. They will then approve the artwork and send to their vendor to produce a proof. They will send the proof to WVC for final approval. Once the final proof is approved by all parties, the hotels vendor will produce the cards and send them directly to the hotel.
  • (2) Sponsor Opportunities (Mandalay Bay/Delano and/or Luxor)
  • Quantity of cards per venue – 5,000

Reach all conference participants occupying those hotels during conference.
