WVC is presenting a NEW look to Vet Tech Village at the 92nd Annual Conference. This is where Vet Techs come to recharge, meet up with colleagues, and get CE offered by the daily sponsors. We are looking for supporters of the Vet Tech Industry to make this “The place to be” for all Vet Techs at WVC. This area will be located on the 3rd level of the Mandalay Bay.

  • Payment Due: January 31, 2020
  • Sponsor table located in Vet Tech Village during the sponsored day
  • Opportunity to run video in Village throughout the day when sessions are not in session
  • Vet Tech Village logo’d window cling

Sunday, February 16 | 11:00a – 5:00p
Monday, February 17 | 8:00a – 5:00p
Tuesday, February 18 | 8:00a – 5:00p
Wednesday, February 19 | 8:00a – 2:00p

Daily Sponsorship offerings (Mon-Tues)

  • (2) Daily Coffee Breaks for 100 ppl each
  • 30 minute SUPER Session (A/V provided)
  • Creative, comfortable environment for networking and unwinding
  • Sponsor required to provide one takeaway to EDU participants. This should be F&B offering, raffle or giveaway to all education participants.
  • One NAVTA presented session is included during the day
